Biography

Bay Area native James Quick emerged in 2015 with not much more than a handful of tracks recorded in his dorm. With a jazz upbringing and several years spent in New Orleans surrounded by similar creatives, he developed a songwriting style balancing effortless hooks with poignant storytelling about his relationships, fears and ambitions. He now lives in LA as a full time producer, songwriter and artist.
