Biography
Rising British artist Jordan Max blends alternative, RnB and hip-hop influences to form a sound uniquely his own. The release of his debut EP 'Only One Is King' saw Jordan hailed by NME as “one of the most exciting new talents in UK music”, receive a call from Jorja Smith to support on her sold-out UK nationwide tour, and land a publishing deal with GRAMMY award-winning producer Danger Mouse. Returning with powerful new music in 2018, latest single 'War' has already seen Jordan acclaimed as "an essential voice on the Brit Soul scene" (BEAT Magazine). Jordan’s signature style is born out of a completely DIY approach that began with producing beats on a laptop, teaching himself piano and guitar, and writing and producing all his music, drafting in select collaborators to fully realise his vision. This workmanlike spirit can be credited to his upbringing in the town of Oldham, Greater Manchester
