Biography

Arcana Opera has its roots in Vicenza in the year 2009; as a project born with the intent of proposing a product of artistic maturity, pleasing to be listened to and rich in the terms of music culture. In 2010 the group started to perform in the local circuit, as live shows get more frequent the ensemble become more and more adaptable to every situation and artistic solution, being able to offer more interpretations of their songs: ranging from the acoustic set to more extreme shows, from a decadent and noir atmosphere to folk, as it was required by the event and audience, allowing the listener to explore the range of human consciousness translated in music. The first, self titled, album (Arcana Opera), a 15 tracks work, was published in July 2013 and was presented during the Ferrock Festival of Vicenza. Between 2013 and 2014 a contract is signed with Irish label Nemeton Records . Currently the band is promoting their new album “De Noir”, released in June 2015, recorded at Zeta Production Recording Studios, made up of 9 intense tracks. The shows in various Italian festivals (Ferrock Festival, Malpaga Folk and Rock Festival, Fosch Fest, Sinistro Fest among others), the chance to be opening act for Folkstone and Mägo de Oz, the European touring experience along with Haggard in Dragonfest 2015 has elevated Arcana Opera as one of the best Italian up‐and‐coming realities. Now the band is ready to be heard elsewhere too, and it is certain it will be a long journey
