Biography

Seattle duo Vocal Few have been making earnest, heartfelt folk and pop since 2011. Featuring the talents of vocalist/guitarist Matt MacDonald and vocalist/pianist Kristie MacDonald, who are husband and wife, Vocal Few has been touring the US and Canada for 5 years, performing intimate living room shows. A couple since high school, the MacDonalds initially envisioned Vocal Few as a way for Matt to make music away from his main band, The Classic Crime (with which he has played since 2004), and as a creative project while Kristie was pregnant with their first child. The duo released their debut EP, She'll Be Right, in 2012. The album was well received (#4 on the Billboard Folk Charts) and led them to record 2013's Tall Trees EP, followed by The Dream Alive - EP in 2015, and Snowdrift - EP in 2016 ~ Matt Collar, Rovi
