Biography

Supercordas were a Brazilian psychedelic/alternative/indie rock/space folk band active from 2003 to 2016. They formed in Rio de Janeiro, but were much more present as a live act in the city of São Paulo, where some members eventually moved to. Although never really gone mainstream, the band gathered a dedicated group of fans and influenced many artists from the new Brazilian Psychedelic scene. Related projects include the group's main singer/songwritter solo works as Bonifrate and music production from bass player Valentino for singer/songwritter Betina.
