Abandoned by my parents, I still remember that cold, hungry and lonely summer when I was 13, alone in the city, making my own money just to live. In this same town, four years later I would fall in love and write my very first songs. 17, with nothing but a suitcase, I escaped that place and never went back. My songs were the only thing to keep me company, my only therapy, and my only hope... Fast-forwarding the next extremely turbulent years of finding my peace, my new home, and my real self—here I am. My name is Just Honest. On my disturbing journey I've faced a lot of things. Step by step I will reveal them all. But one thing I've learned surely—there's nothing, nothing more powerful in this world than love. That's why the opening chapter of the story I want to tell you begins with these words, No Love No Hate, the title of my upcoming debut album. You can already hear these words now, in my debut single 'toxic culture'. I wrote this song when a car hit me. That day I was sick in love and heartbroken, I cycled around the town early in the morning just to air my heavy head out. This life-changing experience marked the end of one of those turbulent periods, and marked a beginning of my new life. Where I love and accept myself. As you should, too. Because you are amazing!
