Biography

With over a decade of success in the music industry, including multiple JUNO and ADISQ Award nominations, Platinum records, tens of millions of streams and sold-out shows Bobby Bazini is set to make a triumphant return with his fifth studio album Pearl set for release in August 2023. In 2010, Bobby introduced himself to the music industry with his breakout full-length debut Better In Time, reaching # 4 on the Top Albums Chart in Canada. The album was certified Platinum and yielded two 2011 JUNO Award nominations (Pop Album of the Year, New Artist of the Year). His follow up Where I Belong debuted at #1 on the Canadian Top Albums Chart, also achieving Platinum status as “the best-selling Canadian album of 2014”. That same year he made an unforgettable appearance at the Montreal International Jazz Festival, a celebration of his success to date. In 2016, Bazini shared Summer Is Gone, debuting at #2 on the Top Albums Chart and including the song “C’est La Vie” which has amassed over 10M collective streams to date. He later went on to release his fourth album Move Away. Over the last year Bazini has been collaborating with producer Connor Seidel (1969 Collective, Charlotte Cardin, Les sœurs Boulay) at the Tree House Studio, comprising the unique concept-collection Pearl with the title single and video out now, this new era marking a musical renaissance for the singer-songwriter.
