Biography
Hailing from Hackney, Frenzy’s first-hand experience with his neighbourhood permits him to depict the everyday struggles of young people in Hackney. Frenzy is aptly positioned in the intersection of unbound art and street authenticity. Carefully depicting hood tales over various BPM’s, Frenzy unapologetically displays his far-ranging musical influences within his craft. As founder of the 'Fast Forward' Charity Workshop, Frenzy owes his neighbourhood an honest approach to his art. As a voice for his community, a conflict between optimism and hopelessness in an environment which fosters both, is constantly at play. Through extended offerings, the ‘Murder Mile’ album & 'Council Estate' EP, Frenzy’s credibility within the underground UK rap scene is apparent. Whether collaborating with some of London’s finest talents (Sam Wise, Knucks, Jamilah Barry) or internationally with emerging acts from the US (27Delly) – Frenzy proudly posits himself as an artist with deep roots and defiant in putting them on show. As Frenzy Embarks on a new journey he drops what is believed to be his final offering in 'Kareem Mclean 2' which is the sequel to his first ever project when he was a teenager. Frenzy speaks about philosophy, love, testing times & his journey into management, as his artist Arz, Ramonie & El Londo create milestone moments in the UK rap music & change the game.
