PINKSQUEEZE is your mom now. And they are so proud of you. PINKSQUEEZE is a queer four piece Mom Rock band from Chicago. Voted one of Chicago’s Best Rock Bands in The Chicago Reader’s Best of 2022, PINKSQUEEZE regularly performs across Chicago and the U.S. playing shows described as “like being at a sleepover with friends you haven’t met yet.” PINKSQUEEZE started as a two person project in 2019. Guitarists Ava and April released their first EP, Chicago Is A Lake Town in 2020. In 2021 the band gained bassist Anna and drummer Logan, releasing their first full band EP, Quarter Life Crisis in 2022. PINKSQUEEZE releases their first full length album, Be Gay Have Fun! in May of 2023. Be Gay Have Fun! pulls from indie, pop, grunge, emo and folk influences to take listeners from laughter to tears, all while celebrating queer joy and community.
