Biography

Born in the bustling city of Ibadan Oyo state Nigeria. Growing up, Bolu Ajibade always had a passion for music, he has been heavily influenced by the diverse range of sounds that filled the streets, from the energetic Afrobeats sounds that dominated the parties to the soulful melodies of traditional Yoruba music. As he got older, Bolu began to hone his skills as a performer, singing and dancing at local events and parties.He started releasing his own music in the city of Winnipeg Canada where he sold-out his first headlined event “Unruly” Bolu decided to make the move to Toronto, where he quickly began to carve out a name for himself in the city's vibrant music scene. He performed at some of the hottest clubs and festivals and collaborated with some of the biggest names in the industry, sharing stages with the likes of Burna Boy, Wizkid, Tiwa Savage, and Davido and solidifying his place as a rising talent. Today, Bolu Ajibade is known as one of the leading voices in the Afrobeats scene, both in Canada and beyond. With his captivating stage presence and powerful vocals, he has become a force to be reckoned with in the world of music. As Bolu continues to push the boundaries of the genre and explore new sounds and styles, it's clear that his journey is far from over.
