Biography

RockTown Blues is a blues, blues rock, and hard rock project headed by myself, Dennis Rogers. From 2009 to 2012, I recorded several original songs, but nothing further was done with them. In 2020, during the pandemic, I decided to update those songs and record a few more originals. I then released them on my G-Force album in 2021. I then released the album Don't Judge in 2022 and several singles in 2023. These singles will be part of my third album, which I plan to release by the end of 2023. Now, there is just a little bit of history on myself. I began playing music as a hobby as a teenager, but I had an unfortunate accident that almost ended my future in music. I had a few digits taken off in a shop accident on my right hand, which forced me to switch over to playing the guitar and bass with various thumb picks and flat picks. I have since learned to finger pick with what I have left, and I have continued to learn new playing techniques ever since. I am not a quitter! I also played in several cover bands during my 20s and 30s, and I have written and recorded over 25 originals that I have released on here and several other platforms in the last 2 years. I plan on writing, recording, and releasing original music (and an occasional cover song) until I can no longer play a guitar... I hope you enjoy my music!
