Biography

Yes Lad is a five-piece vocal harmony and dance group consisting of Cian Gleeson, Joel Healey, Sonny Hardman, Lewis Maxwell and Jake Donlan. They write their own material, play various instruments, dance and put together their own style. They have a right laugh while they’re doing it too. The band’s mentor is Take That’s former manager Nigel Martin Smith who predicts the phenomenal success for Yes Lad that Gary Barlow and the boys enjoyed. He said: “We’ve had three different line-ups and it’s taken four years to get Yes Lad where I want them to be, but they’re now ready and raring to go. Expect to see a lot of them in the near future. “They’re a great bunch of lads with a lot of talent and versatility. They live for music and they’re prepared to work hard to get the success they deserve.”
