Biography
The John Michie Collective is North of England based artist, multi-instrumentalist and producer John Michie. His 2021 debut LP “HIGH VIBRATIONS” brought us washed layers of evocative guitars and distorted vocal harmonies written over a 20-year period. Henry Yates (The Guardian, Classic Rock, Guitarist, NME, Total Guitar) noted how the album was "woozy and wonderful, like a great lost White Album outtake...” John’s follow up album “TOWARD THE RAINBOW”, written and recorded in three days experiments with ambient melodies and waves of slow nostalgic synths.
