Biography

Founded in 2019, Lesath started as Black Metal and remained as such up until the sophomore release, Heavenless. Over the course of subsequent albums, the sound gravitated towards alternative rock - more assuredly so with each release as elements of beautiful punk, indie, gothic, progressive, and ambient continually seeped into the music. Lesath's single most impassioned set of compositions yet, the forthcoming fifth album comes out this summer. Lesath(and Raat) is Sushant Rawat, a self-taught musician/songwriter originally from Delhi, India.
