Biography

Theodor Andrei is a young Romanian performer, actor and composer. Theodor represented Romania at Eurovision 2023 with the song "D.G.T (Off And On)" which won the National Selection with over 5000 votes. He is the youngest representative of Romania at Eurovision of all time and the only one who had the courage to spill the tea after the competition, exposing the way he was treated and fenced by the national television in his "Fara Perdea (Without Curtain)" podcast by The Watcher. Theodor was a contestant until Bootcamp at X Factor Romania (season 9 - 2020) and a semi-finalist in the first season of the Vocea Romaniai Junior show (2017). Theodor released his debut album "FRAGIL." , which contains 13 songs, in the fall of 2022 under the label of Electrecord. He won the award for the "Best musical composition of a singer-songwriter in 2022" with the song "Artist" at the "Radar de Media" Awards Gala 2022. Theodor has won numerous awards and distinctions in national and international festivals. Grand Trophy of the "Teleorman Pop Fest" Festival 2022, Grand Trophy of the "Mihaela Runceanu" Festival 2022, Prize of the Union of Musicologists and Composers from Romania at the "George Grigoriu" International Festival 2022, "Best Stage Presence" Prize at the "Silver Yantra" International Festival from Bulgaria 2019, the Award for "Best Actor in a Leading Role" for the role of "Eduard" in the comedy "Paravan.
