Biography
An album that stands like an ominous range of clouds on the horizon, with occasional glistening light breaking through the swathes - melancholy and at the same time angrily beautiful! "Intervention" is the name of the new offering by the band "The Gardener & The Tree". Carried by the raw, powerful voice of Manuel Felder, it is a manifesto to the mystery of life: often elegiac, but also exuberant, vibrant and yes! - , full of joy. Its intensity will floor you. "The Gardener & The Tree" have emancipated themselves with "Intervention": “EP Revolution” gave you that sweet taste of youthful rebellion, while "69591, LAXÅ" made you want to tie up your backpack and set off into the world. With "Intervention" you now return - to yourself. It’s an album that touches deep, partly due to its genesis. While the band found their inspiration for "69591, LAXÅ" in a hut in Sweden, for "Intervention" the band had only their basement to create in - - with little outside distraction and a lot of time for reflection. The songs are therefore very personal and each tells of an "intervention" in life that questions values and principles. "The Gardener & The Tree" make music as only they can: whoever encounters the musicians off stage may sense this deep understanding in the way they feel music. Even after a long time in the music business, "Intervention" proves once again the band’s courage and authenticity.
