Perestroika is a contemporary re-interpretation of a reform gone out of control near the turn of a century, defined by an evolution from oppressive institutional control towards limitless societal self-determination out of control. This is a musical project brought to you by a two artists - a collaboration of two opposites that balances reality with its online mirror image.
