Nell is a South Korean modern rock band that was formed in 1999. With emotional and lyrical music that is uniquely their own, Nell has built its own musical world to be regarded as a modern rock band that is unrivaled in Korea. Coldplay also recommended Nell's 'Grey Zone' as their favorite Korean band music. Nell is one of the few local bands in Korea that can sell out large concert halls. Thanks to the band's devoted core fan base, every album ranks high in the music charts upon release. Most Korean indie bands have been musically influenced by Nell. Nell's signature performance "Christmas in NELL'S ROOM," which is held every year at the end of the year, is well-recognized by the Korean music industry.
