Crisner Mercado popularly known as “krisostomo”, is a Filipino rapper and songwriter signed under Viva Records from Calamba, Laguna that started as a human beatboxer in 2012. He has now progressed as a rapper eversince krisostomo started writing verses in 2016 and was influenced by Filipino rappers like Gloc-9, Shanti Dope, Loonie and Ron Henley. Last 2020, he released “Mahal na Kita'' and “Tulala'' that reached million streams on Spotify and more than a hundred thousand views on Youtube. His music doesn’t stop there as the Rap and R&B music artist krisostomo drops a new and bouncy jam on “ALMA.” Sonically, krisostomo (Crisner Mercado) puts the emphasis on lo-fi elements and balances it with an upbeat rhythm and comes up with a solid-grooved track about a guy’s restless mind and the apple of his eye.
