Biography

The Peachskins are an indie synthpop band from Subang Jaya, Malaysia. Members include Rafique Ramleh (also known as Evil Raf), Godmode (Yaashdev Sasidharan) and Faheem Amir - known now as the architects of the mysterious ‘Flight OH665’ that took Kuala Lumpur by storm in 2022 - as seen on stories covered by NME Asia and national news networks. 
 Their 2022 was a year of bold experimentation - through music and their guerrilla style approach to promoting their album - that’s led many Malaysians to rediscovering them. They decided to commit to a new sound, narrative and creative direction through their radically new concept EP titled ‘ARE YOU OKAY?’ that released on 4/20/2022. 
 Shortly after their first House of Guinness appearance at the tail end of 2022, the band suffered a falling out due to creative differences between frontman Rafique Ramleh and now former member Shahid Rogers which further left fans in the dark about whether or not they would ever hear any new music from The Peachskins let alone see them together on a stage again. 
 All that has changed since the band came out of hiding and released their highly anticipated music video for Platform Heels which featured a new reworked version of the track - hinting future plans of returning to a more familiar sound from their past works.
