Biography

Raised in the province of Pampanga, Jiji is a 20-year-old singer, songwriter, and producer under Midas Records. She released her self-made EP, Totoo, at the young age of 15 which contains songs that talk about love, religion, and her personal struggles. This gained popularity in the local music scene, leading her to perform at multiple events and gigs throughout 2019. Shortly after, she released a few songs with JP Hill under the compilation album “Some Asian Girl”. In the following years, she collaborated with artists like Matthaios and Lonezo under a sublabel called Offended by Passion. As an ending to her teenage years, she released her first album, Ripple. The album is a testament of her journey as someone who is coming to terms with her identity and what led to that acceptance. In the coming years, Jiji hopes to deliver songs with the intention of making an emotional connection with her audience. Through her soothing voice and heartfelt lyrics, the Filipina artist aims to touch the souls of those who listen to her music.
