Biography
A critically acclaimed folk pop artist and storyteller raised in Massachusetts, Reardon dove head first into music at the young age of 15 and has now been honing her craft for over a decade. Her songs serve as postcards from an artist brave enough to take the road less traveled. After three years in Nashville, Reardon spent the past six years carrying her songs and guitar all over the globe — including a six-month artist residency stay in Dachau, Germany — gathering experiences, inspiration and soulful connections that are reflected in her ever-deepening music. Her raw artistry boasts a lyrical and melodic weight far beyond her years, being described as “brilliantly moving folk/pop with a lyrical depth and soul” (Performer Magazine) and “a melancholy little masterpiece” (American Songwriter Magazine). Her upcoming EP, Changes (out July 20th) comes as a continuation of a journey that began with the 2022 release, In the Good Light. Both projects were recorded in Barcelona with renowned Spanish guitarist Pau Figueres as producer and Aniol Bestit as recording engineer. Pushing new thematic and sonic boundaries, Changes celebrates and explores a time of rapid growth in Reardon’s becoming. Throughout the project there is a quiet yet graceful thread that weaves together fragmented sentiments of surrender, maturity, unraveling, forgiveness, and ultimately, hope. It features an original, bi-lingual duet with Catalan singer/songwriter Judit Neddermann. Photo by Julia Liebisch
