Biography

Buster Moe is a 29-year-old artist and songwriter based in Stockholm with millions of streams to his name. With his unique and powerful voice and with a sensitive expression you easily get reminded of mega artists such as Lewis Capaldi, Adele and Ed Sheeran. Buster grew up listening to artists and bands like Amy Winehouse, Ray Charles, Queen and these influences are also reflected in his own music and inspired him to start writing music as a young, shy musician in a cover band. In 2016 his own artist project started to take shape when he signed his first label deal. After a few years and plenty of successful releases and collaborations, such as his feature on DJ filous song “Emelie”, that got a big hype and attention, Buster started to feel a lack of inspiration. ”Suddenly, music didn’t feel as fun as it used to. I felt I had lost control of my own career and that everything just got out of my hands.”, Buster says. In 2018 Buster took a break from music but when a long relationship came to an end and at the same time finding the very talented pianist and producer Theodor Wolgers, the inspiration and urge to write music came back instantly. “It felt like destiny and a match made in heaven to meet Theo at that specific time in life”, Buster says. With the ambition of one day selling out the world's largest venues and with a lot of new collaborations in the pipeline Buster Moe is on a roll and a name to keep an eye on.
