Hailing from Tuscany, F8L is the epitome of an artistic chameleon. Obsessed with relentless exploration of the creative spirit, this is a surrealist genius. Inspired by musical giants such as David Bowie, Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, Miles Davis, Stevie Wonder, Piero Piccioni, Giuseppe Verdi, Prince & many more, he's driven by an overwhelming need to explore & evolve. Spanning from jazz, rock, hip-hop to avant-garde soundtracks, soul music and pop, his discography is truly synonymous with the words 'enigmatic adventure'. An unhealthy obsession with theatre, opera & silver screen cinema makes F8L's work extremely unique in the conceptual aspect. Channeling the ghosts of Orson Welles, Michelangelo Antonioni, Fritz Lang & many more titans of the camera, his love for dialogue, drama & characters is omnipresent within every corner of his presentations. F8L writes, produces, composes & arranges his pieces by himself with a very forward thinking outlook. Truly embodying the journey aspect of creativity, his work transports you to very surreal corners of worlds beyond this one, (indirectly paying ode to his obsession with dreams & escapism). His work consists of characters & storylines, somewhat like a film, and while working on his pieces, he becomes the main character(s) of that piece, living out his 'method acting' fantasies by literally (& metaphorically) eating, breathing, walking and sleeping like these characters.
