Biography

Lee Seung Yoon is a South Korean singer-songwriter. Lee shapes his unique vision by merging various genres such as Brit Pop and R&B and subsequently turning them into a genre of his own. Lee’s remarkable adaptability as a vocalist allows him to go even further in terms of musical spectrum. With lyrics that are sensuous, pensive, or even daring wherever suitable, his artistic character as a ‘sound messenger’ who is not afraid to get his messages across through the medium of music is reinforced with every work he has presented so far. Officially debuted in 2013 with single “Today”, Lee has since been taking part in band projects such as Alary-Kansion as well as leading his solo career releasing numerous singles including “How Pretty the Moon is” and “From the Dawn” in 2018 and 2019, respectively. Shortly after winning first place in “Sing Again”, a music competition show from JTBC, Lee released his first full length album “Even If Things Fall Apart” in 2021. Lee’s headlining show titled ‘Docking’ was soon announced in celebration of successful release of the album. The show took place at the prestigious Olympic Hall and recorded sell-outs on both days of its happening, reaffirming Lee as a new force to be reckoned with. In July 2022, it was announced that Lee Seung Yoon signed new label 'MAREUMO' and Lee is currently working towards numerous upcoming projects such as live performances and TV appearances as well as new releases to surprise his fans with.
