Biography

Joey Miceli has been on the rise to stardom for more than a decade now, first stepping into the music industry at 9 years old. The singer-songwriter from Las Vegas is known for his reflective, ethereal, and impassioned work. With his candid and painstaking form as a songwriter, he hopes to inspire the following generations to find power in their vulnerability and expression. 
 His debut album, Talkative, was independently released in 2019. His follow up, Serendipity, was released in May of 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic. Since then, Miceli has continued to push his artistry and individuality. Ever-changing his sound and identity, in January of 2021, Miceli allowed himself only two weeks to write and record a brand new album. diagnosis season was created as a concept album, in an effort to capture unfiltered isolation. Simultaneously, he and his longtime collaborator and dear friend, Santino Cardinale, were writing and producing what would become BEAU: ACT I, released in the summer of 2022; a House/Pop infused record, honoring many of their early influences. 
 In the summer of 2020, Miceli began writing an entirely different project, finishing in late 2022. Conceptualized by the dissection of art and literature, The Standard Portrait follows Reaper, a character created by Miceli based on personal tragedy, navigating the worship of self affliction, attachment, and recovery.
