Biography

Park National is the emo/indie rock project of 21-year-old Chicago-born songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Liam Fagan, who is now based in Boston, MA. 
 Fagan’s self-produced debut album, The Big Glad, was independently released in July 2020. In the midst of the global COVID-19 pandemic, the project garnered a sizable following through its online presence, gaining the album millions of streams and attracting hundreds of thousands of listeners worldwide. Although the DIY-style debut features Fagan on every instrument, he performs live with a full band and has toured throughout the Midwest and East coast, playing basement shows and small venues as well as sharing the stage with esteemed touring acts such as Oso Oso and Crime In Stereo. 
 In December 2022, Park National released its first body of work in over two years— a brand new EP I'm Here And This Is Real, featuring singles Dirty Shoes and Set My Bed On Fire. Fagan plans to tour and release more music in 2023.
