Swoopna Suman (Suman Thapa), (born 2 December 1995 AD) is a Nepali singer-songwriter and guitarist. He was born in Kathmandu, Nepal. He started his musical career in 2012 AD by posting home videos on YouTube. He was later approached by Karma Records, when his cover videos came into their notice. Karma Records was the first official record label that he worked with. He then started releasing his cover songs on YouTube, with the record label. Later in the year 2014 AD, his first official song, “K Saro Ramri Bhako” was released and uploaded on YouTube, which was re-uploaded on April 1, 2016 AD. Later in the year 2016, he joined Arbitrary Productions Pvt. Ltd. till 2019 and has released his original songs “Kunai Din- The Coffee Song” “Kasari Bhanu” "Ma Timro" "Kurera Baschu" among others. He’s currently working Independently on new songs, music videos and doing live shows in various places inside as well as outside the valley and country.
